Henpro Pty Ltd, a family-owned business originated as a job creating and marketing opportunity with our international safari clients in the past at our safari and game farms.

We previously had our roots deep into the ostrich farming business, which were extremely labour intensive, but unfortunately, we had to close it down due to the challenges we had with bird-flu and the export of ostrich meat, feathers, and skins.

We saw a new opportunity in the market and started up Kalahari Firewood and African Charcoal to secure the jobs of all our workers previously involved in the Ostrich farming business. Several other business ventures and opportunities were also created.
